Banding People Together is a collaboration and team building event that uses the undeniable power of music to strengthen and bond teams. Imagine the excitement your team will feel when they find out that they’ll get to write their very own original song! No musical experience is necessary and the only instruments your team will need are open hearts and open minds as they are guided through the songwriting process by one of our expert bandleaders.
Our charismatic bandleaders aren’t just rock stars. They are also experts on team dynamics and have vast experience in both the business and music worlds. As experienced songwriters, they are trained to lead your team’s creative process every step of the way while teaching key teaming principles. They’ve also been known to tell a rock & roll story or two!
Banding People Together events are much more than just a fun team building activity. Our collaboration workshops and events are designed to entertain, inform and empower individuals and teams while exploring personal behavioral assessment, organizational development, group dynamics and other fundamental principles using our very own Five Part Harmony™ methodology - all in a musically themed setting everyone can relate to – to Band People Together.
